- Job Title: Temporary/Contract Receptionist
- Employment Type: Fixed-term / Contract (2-months)
A dynamic business group is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist on a temporary/contract basis. The role requires an individual who can manage front-desk operations efficiently while delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier deliveries, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front office environment
- Provide basic administrative support to internal teams
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting coordination
- Perform general office duties as required
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
