Product Manager-Genetics & Fertility
Job Description
A product manager identifies the customer needs and the larger business objectives that theirproduct/service will fulfil. They are required to articulate what the success of a product lookslike and work closely with genetics sales manager and fertility consultant to turn the productstrategy and vision into a reality. A product manager is expected to set the product goals, definethe success, help motivate teams and are responsible for the outcome of any given product.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS- Degree in Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, product management, or the medical/diagnostic industry
- Strong understanding of Genetics and Fertility products and technologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to engage in scientific discussions with healthcare professionall
- Willingness to travel locally
- Drive sales performance and growth of the Genetics & Fertility portfolio
- Develop and execute product strategies to increase market adoption and revenue
- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic partners
- Conduct market, competitor, and pricing analysis to identify opportunities
- Develop clinical marketing materials and support campaigns, webinars, and trade events
- Collaborate with medical, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful product positioning and performance
- Provide product training and scientific support to internal teams and customers
