Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE

A product manager identifies the customer needs and the larger business objectives that theirproduct/service will fulfil. They are required to articulate what the success of a product lookslike and work closely with genetics sales manager and fertility consultant to turn the productstrategy and vision into a reality. A product manager is expected to set the product goals, definethe success, help motivate teams and are responsible for the outcome of any given product.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Degree in Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, product management, or the medical/diagnostic industry
  • Strong understanding of Genetics and Fertility products and technologies
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to engage in scientific discussions with healthcare professionall
  • Willingness to travel locally
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales performance and growth of the Genetics & Fertility portfolio
  • Develop and execute product strategies to increase market adoption and revenue
  • Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic partners
  • Conduct market, competitor, and pricing analysis to identify opportunities
  • Develop clinical marketing materials and support campaigns, webinars, and trade events
  • Collaborate with medical, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful product positioning and performance
  • Provide product training and scientific support to internal teams and customers
