We are looking for an experienced signage professional who understands the signage industry end-to-end - someone confident managing client communication, handling quotations, producing signage visuals, and coordinating projects from enquiry through to sign-off.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced signage environment and is equally comfortable with email and phone communication, quoting, proofing artwork, and creating clean, commercially effective designs.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are managed efficiently, accurately, and professionally throughout the process. The role combines customer communication, project coordination, design work, and commercial awareness, making it well suited to someone with strong signage industry experience who enjoys taking ownership of projects.

• Manage inbound client enquiries via email and phone
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional, responsive communication
• Gather detailed project briefs and advise clients on suitable signage solutions
• Keep clients informed throughout each stage of the project lifecycle
• Coordinate projects from initial enquiry through to approval and production
• Manage multiple live projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Use CRM systems to log, track, and manage enquiries, quotes, and project updates

• Create signage visuals, proofs, and mockups for client approval
• Design and prepare vehicle wraps and van liveries using existing branding guidelines
• Shopfront signage
• Fascias and tray signs
• External signage
• Internal branding and wayfinding graphics
• Prepare artwork for print and production
• Ensure artwork is accurate, commercially effective, and production-ready
• Manage amendments and proofing efficiently to achieve quick sign off turnaround times
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all design outputs

• Prepare accurate and professional quotations for signage projects
• Understand project scope, materials, and production considerations when quoting
• Follow up quotations proactively and professionally
• Support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
• Escalate larger or more technically complex projects where required
• Contribute to maintaining strong customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Previous experience working within the signage or graphics industry
• Strong understanding of signage production processes and workflows
• Experience with client communication, quoting, and project coordination
• Confident creating signage visuals, proofs, mockups, and vehicle graphics
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to proof artwork accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, commercially focused environment
• Self motivated and capable of managing workload independently
• Professional communication skills across both email and phone
