Job Description

MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Paralegal in the Trust and Curatorship Department of our Pretoria Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect medical and related trust/curatorship expenses from the RAF.
  • Draft and prepare court applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain, update, and verify trust and curatorship records.
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Attend court proceedings as required and support court-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Paralegal or LLB qualification is mandatory.Proven experience in RAF trust and curatorship matters (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
  • Familiarity with Court Online and Caselines platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in court environments.
