Tourplan Rates & Product/Contract Specialist (Hybrid)

• 3+ years working within a DMC (Destination Management Company) environment, with strong hands on experience in Tourplan, specifically in Product Setup and/or FIT Reservations.
• In-depth and practical knowledge of Southern Africa travel products and destinations.
• A natural ability to read, interpret, and translate complex supplier agreements into flawless system data.
• Advanced Excel skills and an uncompromising eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Annual contract rate collection and briefing the loading team.
• Guardian of accuracy, ensuring the seamless flow of supplier data across Reservations, Finance, and Product.
• Eliminating revenue leakage and optimizing system integrity to contribute directly to the competitive edge of the DMC.
