Organisational Effectiveness Consultant
Job Description
The Organisational Effectiveness Consultant I is responsible for supporting the delivery of organisational effectiveness strategies and initiatives. They develop organisational effectiveness operational plans aligned with strategic objectives and support team performance and quality of deliverables. Additionally, they stay updated with market trends and legislative compliance.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the design, delivery and refinement of organisational effectiveness initiatives with a focus on leadership, team effectiveness, coaching, and performance management interventions.
- Support the evaluation of the impact of OE initiatives, using insights to improve future interventions.
- Support the development of practical tools, frameworks and guidance that enable leaders and HR partners to implement various talent processes.
- Independently implement end to end assessment processes which includes psychometric administration, reporting and feedback.
- Provide psychological feedback to individuals and leaders, translating assessment results into meaningful development and decision making insights.
Qualifications and Experience:
Hons or Masters in I/O Psychology
Registered with the HPCSA as an I/O Psychologist or a Psychometrist
Haveexperience in assessment (min 2 years essential)
Participate in assessment projects (administration, reporting & providing management and candidate feedback)
