Our Cape Town branch based in Airport City is looking for an experienced Operations Manager.
Job Requirement- Grade 12 Certificate
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem Solving Skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong organisational and planning skills, such and shift handover plans and execution.
- Vehicle and Fleet knowledge.
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Share knowledge with other branches on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Creating plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
- Managing resources and staff
