We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, provide support to staff, and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field
- Experience with office management software
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting
- Availability immediate / 1st May
- Residing in Stellenbosch or closest
