Job Description

Resourcing Support Administrator - Interpath, Cape Town, South Africa

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven individual to support our Global Restructuring and Global Advisory teams in the Central Resource Management team. In close collaboration with Resource Managers, you will ensure accurate data, generate MI reports, maintain dashboards, and support data cleansing, system updates, and transformation activities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all resourcing data is accurately maintained within Napta, the firm's resourcing platform.
  • Perform regular data validation checks to ensure consistency with internal policies and processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date skills and experience data across systems, supporting transition from Excel-based trackers to Napta.
  • Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data, working with Resource Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly MI reports, including utilisation, availability, forecast vs actuals and skills analysis.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers used by the resourcing team and leadership.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from the wider business.
  • Assist with weekly resourcing cycles, including preparing reports, attending calls and capturing updates.
  • Support data cleansing, system updates and ongoing process improvements.
  • Contribute to transformation activities such as data migration and system enhancements where required.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a resourcing, operations, or data support role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Experience producing MI reports, dashboards, or working with data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and managing multiple datasets; experience with resourcing tools (e.g. Napta) is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and recurring tasks.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across teams.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a resourcing environment.
  • Experience supporting process improvements or data cleansing is beneficial.
