Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. This fixed-term contract role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is confident working independently and ensuring the smooth running of overnight operations.

Salary: R11,000 - R13,000 per month

Live-out position

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role within a luxury hotel or estate
• Strong understanding of front office procedures and night audit processes
• Excellent computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems
• Solid numerical skills with strong financial awareness
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Professional and well-presented
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
• Honest, trustworthy and dependable

• Conducting the full night audit process in line with company standards
• Reconciling daily revenue and preparing financial reports
• Ensuring all guest accounts are accurate and up to date
• Managing late check-ins and early departures
• Assisting with guest queries and requests during night shift
• Handling switchboard and reservations enquiries where required
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property overnight
• Preparing reports for senior management and the finance department
