Minimum requirements NQF 3 Bakery qualification Experience as a Baker / Bakery Supervisor/ Manager Competencies Achieving results through others Plan, organise and follow up on activities and plans Adhere to standards and policies Customer OrientationCommunication skills - clearly conveying message and actively listening Business acumen Bakery Skills Production Planning Key responsibilities PlanningImplement the in-store execution in the bakery department.Store standardsSet and monitor standards in the bakery.Ensure that Standard Operating procedures (SOP's) are executedAdministrationComplete all department administration (i.e scheduling, leave requests, invoices and compliance administration) is completed according to standard.Merchandising StandardsEnsure that merchandising standards and sales promotions are according to laid down standards.Customer focusIdentify customer needs and plan accordingly in the bakery.People ManagementManage staff to ensure that all safety, merchandising, customer interaction and security standards are maintained.
