Maintenance Worker

To ensure the effective maintenance, repair, and continuous operation of machinery and equipment within the Spun Bound factory, thereby supporting production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent (advantageous).
• Minimum of 2-3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
