A client of ours within the Health/Medical sector is looking for a Senior Medical Lead Receptionist to join their team

Johannesburg

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a receptionist or front desk within a medical practice
  • Managing high volumes of emails and patient queries daily
  • Computer literacy and practice management systems
  • Experience in GoodX or similar medical billing systems will be highly advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Managing reception operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Overseeing appointment scheduling (in-person and virtual consultations)
  • Handling high email volumes and patient communication
  • Supporting doctors with administrative coordination
  • Assisting with patient accounts and outstanding payments
  • Working closely with small team to maintain efficiency and service excellence
