Land Manager - PLC Housebuilder (North West)

Location: North West England
Salary: Competitive + bonus + package

The Role

We're looking for a driven Land Manager to identify, assess, and secure land opportunities for residential development. You'll play a key role in growing the land pipeline and supporting the business's expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and appraise land opportunities (on- and off-market)
  • Negotiate land deals, options, and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners, and stakeholders
  • Support planning and technical teams through acquisition process
  • Prepare land appraisals and assist with bids and board approvals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in land acquisition (housebuilder, developer, or agency)
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the UK planning system
  • Established network in the North West market preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
