Land Manager - PLC Housebuilder (North West) 
Location: North West England
Salary: Competitive + bonus + package
We're looking for a driven Land Manager to identify, assess, and secure land opportunities for residential development. You'll play a key role in growing the land pipeline and supporting the business's expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and appraise land opportunities (on- and off-market)
- Negotiate land deals, options, and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners, and stakeholders
- Support planning and technical teams through acquisition process
- Prepare land appraisals and assist with bids and board approvals
- Proven experience in land acquisition (housebuilder, developer, or agency)
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the UK planning system
- Established network in the North West market preferred
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
