This is to effectively service consumers across an extremely diverse range of socio-economic circumstances, cultural affiliations and geographical ranges.Diageo SA is looking for BPM analyst to help drive strategic business decisions and optimize company performance through forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysisFunctions in: FinancePlay an active role in assisting the Business Performance Manager to Drive robust planning and outlook processes across the business to ensure excellent forecasts, strategic plans and operating plans are developed. Developing and managing the overall business performance management process within Southern Africa. Financial Planning & Forecasting Co-ordination of the various inputs required to formulate the operating plans and monthly forecasts across different business units, understanding and quantifying the implications thereof Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets Provide actionable recommendations based on financial analysis Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, business performance management reporting packages Create dashboards and KPI reports for leadership Conduct profitability, cost, and trend analysis Manage Stock in Trade reporting process, triangulating data received and ensure accurate and timely insights. Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis Business Partnering Collaborate with department heads to understand financial drivers Provide financial insights to support operational decisions Support new initiatives with financial modeling and ROI analysis Process Improvement Improve budgeting and forecasting processes Enhance financial reporting tools and champion the automation of BPM processes Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems Education Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field CA or CIMA (preferred) Experience 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related field Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred) Skills & Competencies Strong financial modeling and Excel skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders Strong presentation skills Experience with BI tools preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Diversity statement: Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
