ServiceNow ITSM Practitioner Implementer

Our client in Johannesburg is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Practitioner Implementer to configure ITSM modules, manage CMDB, and optimise internal IT service management processes and workflows.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ServiceNow CIS (ITSM) and CSA certifications required.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  • 3+ years' ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
  • Strong experience with CMDB design and management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
  • Manage CMDB, including data models, relationships, and accuracy.
  • Develop service catalog items and automate ITSM processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems.
  • Support testing, deployments, upgrades, and documentation.
Key Skills
  • Strong ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB expertise.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
