Job Description

Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Position Purpose: To act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You'll work closely with management to enhance employee engagement, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position. Experience within the medical aid industry would be advantageous.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Partner with management to implement and roll out HR strategies that support business goals
  • Provide expert guidance on policies, procedure and processes, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Support the HR team in organizing and managing HR-related events, such as employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and compliance audits
  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement and promoting company culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
