HROperations&Administration
  • DriveefficientHRprocessesincludingPersonalInformationManagementtrackingandstaffleavemanagement
  • MaintainandupdatetheOCFOorganogram
  • Supporttraineeregistrations(SAICA,SAIPA,CIMA)
  • Manageonboarding(inductionexperience)andoffboarding(includingexitinterviews)

Requirements Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 1 - 3 years' experience across the full HR lifecycle (A-Z HR)
  • Open to appointing an A player graduate
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service mindset with a people-first approach
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability and dependability
