- Fassetdiscretionarygrantsubmissions
- EmploymentEquity(EE)planning,reporting,andcommitteeleadership
- DriveefficientHRprocessesincludingPersonalInformationManagementtrackingandstaffleavemanagement
- MaintainandupdatetheOCFOorganogram
- Supporttraineeregistrations(SAICA,SAIPA,CIMA)

- Overseebenefitsadministration(medicalaid,GAPcover)
- PartnerwithHODstoensurejobdescriptionsandgradingareuptodate

- Degree in Human Resource Management
- 1 - 3 years' experience across the full HR lifecycle (A-Z HR)
- Open to appointing an A player graduate
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service mindset with a people-first approach
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
