A leading organisation within the supply chain sector is seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple operational divisions. In a fast paced environment, this role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, training, performance management and payroll processes.

The position requires a hands on HR generalist with strong industrial relations experience, excellent administrative skills, and the confidence to partner with operational management in a demanding distribution environment.

This role suits a resilient, detail focused HR professional who thrives in operational environments and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or 3-year Diploma in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience.
  • Full HR generalist experience to include IR essential.
  • Proven exposure to Industrial Relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and CCMA matters.
  • Experience within logistics, distribution, transport, supply chain or warehousing environments.
  • Strong recruitment, interviewing, and HR administration skills.
  • Advanced MS Office capability.
  • SAGE 300 People experience essential.
  • Experience with online recruitment platforms and background screening systems.
