Job Description
A leading organisation within the supply chain sector is seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple operational divisions. In a fast paced environment, this role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, training, performance management and payroll processes.
The position requires a hands on HR generalist with strong industrial relations experience, excellent administrative skills, and the confidence to partner with operational management in a demanding distribution environment.
This role suits a resilient, detail focused HR professional who thrives in operational environments and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.
Minimum Requirements- Degree or 3-year Diploma in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience.
- Full HR generalist experience to include IR essential.
- Proven exposure to Industrial Relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and CCMA matters.
- Experience within logistics, distribution, transport, supply chain or warehousing environments.
- Strong recruitment, interviewing, and HR administration skills.
- Advanced MS Office capability.
- SAGE 300 People experience essential.
- Experience with online recruitment platforms and background screening systems.
