A leading logistics company in Pretoria is seeking an Executive Manager: Employee Relations. This strategic role involves developing and maintaining an employee relations strategy, negotiating with labour organisations, and ensuring a productive work environment. Qualified candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior managerial role, along with a degree in Labour Law or Human Resources. Preference will be given to qualified applicants from designated groups.
