We operate at the intersection of luxury weddings, destination travel, fashion, beauty, jewellery, hospitality, creator content and vendor discovery.
We are now hiring a commercially minded content leader to turn our web and social audience into measurable revenue.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Head of Content & Audience Revenue to own how Wedded Wonderland converts content, social reach, website traffic and newsletter audiences into commercial outcomes.
This is not a traditional content manager or social media manager role.
What You Will Own- Build and lead the content to revenue strategy across web, social, SEO, email and creator channels
- Turn website traffic into enquiries, leads, affiliate clicks, sponsor value and email subscribers
- Turn social reach into owned audience, vendor demand, partnerships and measurable revenue
- Develop commercial content packages for venues, vendors, sponsors, tourism boards, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, travel and luxury brands
- Lead content pillars including destination wedding guides, luxury venue features, real weddings, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, honeymoon and cultural weddings
- Use AI tools to improve content production, repurposing, briefing, tagging and reporting workflows
- Work with CRM and data teams to capture first party audience data including wedding date, destination, budget, guest count and vendor needs
- Manage freelancers, creators, editors and production partners
- Track performance and make decisions based on revenue, not vanity metrics

- Newsletter sponsorship revenue

- Conversion from content to enquiry
- Brand quality and consistency
We do not reward content volume for its own sake. Traffic, impressions and engagement only matter if they create commercial value.
What We Are Looking ForYou are a mix of commercial editor, audience strategist, growth marketer and monetisation operator. You should have:
- 7+ years experience across content, audience growth, social, SEO, media, commerce or partnerships
- Proven experience monetising web, social, newsletter or creator audiences
- Strong understanding of sponsored content, affiliate revenue, lead generation or marketplace monetisation
- Experience building content strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, SEO and newsletters
- Ability to work with sales and partnerships teams to package and price content opportunities
- Strong analytics instincts and comfort using data to make decisions
- Experience using AI tools for content production and workflow optimisation
- High taste level and strong brand judgment
- Strong written communication and campaign planning skills

- Create a bridal fashion affiliate strategy across gowns, jewellery, beauty, accessories and honeymoon shopping
- Package Wedded Wonderland's audience into a sponsor campaign for a hotel, jewellery brand, beauty brand or tourism partner
- Build a Pinterest strategy that drives evergreen traffic to venue, fashion and planning pages
- Use AI to reduce production time while improving quality, consistency and commercial performance
