Head- Hospital Benefits Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospital benefit management, ensuring the effective delivery of services, managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing the overall benefit management process for both clients and the organization.
This position reports directly to the Executive: Managed Healthcare
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:- Grade 12.
- Registered Nursing/pharmacist or any other relevant tertiary qualification essential
- Medical Scheme administration experience of 3 years and more essential.
- Management role with extensive people management responsibilities of 2 years and more essential.
- Sound clinical knowledge 5 years essential
- Industry/legislation and regulations 5 years essential
- Council circulars 5 years essential
- Product knowledge is essential for 2 years
- Policies and Procedures 2 years essential
- ISO Principles 2 years essential
- Contractual SLA's2 years essential
