Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and highly polished Head Butler for a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering world class, personalised service and leading a dedicated butler team in a refined, high end environment.

Position: Live-out

• Oversee and manage the butler department, ensuring impeccable service standards
• Deliver personalised guest experiences tailored to individual preferences
• Lead, train, and mentor the butler team
• Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements seamlessly with all departments
• Maintain the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Proven experience as a Head Butler or Senior Butler in a luxury hotel or similar environment
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• A passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
