Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.

Qualifications
  • Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using computers, reservation systems and office equipment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Handle check in and check out procedures efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails and guest inquiries promptly
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Address and resolve guest concerns
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
