Job Description
Overview 
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.
Qualifications- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers, reservation systems and office equipment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle check in and check out procedures efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails and guest inquiries promptly
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Address and resolve guest concerns
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
