Our client is seeking an experienced Duty Manager / Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a luxury retreat in the Cape Winelands.
DescriptionThis role combines hosting, operational support, and guest relations. You will ensure smooth daily management, personalised service, and seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism
- Oversee smooth day-to-day lodge operations
- Support F&B, housekeeping, spa, and FOH
- Handle enquiries, special requests, and feedback
- Assist with reservations and admin
- Maintain high service standards
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
- Calm, polished and professional
- Excellent organisational ability
- Passion for guest experience
