Dental ReceptionistOur client in the dental industry is seeking a professional, tech savvy Receptionist to join their front office team. Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist patients, providing a professional and friendly first impression
- Manage diaries, bookings, and patient records using systems such as GoodX, Hubspot, WhatsApp, and email
- Handle check ins, check outs, and general enquiries efficiently
- Process payments (cash, card, EFT, medical aid) with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain confidentiality in line with POPIA and HPCSA requirements
- Keep reception and waiting areas tidy, stocked, and welcoming
- Support operational tasks including correspondence, reporting, and supplier liaison
- Matric (Grade 12) essential; a diploma/certificate in administration, hospitality, or healthcare reception advantageous
- 3-5 years' experience in a busy dental, medical, or hospitality environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and practice management systems (HubSpot; GoodX)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Professional grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Warm, patient centric approach with integrity and confidentiality
