CPD Practitioner (HR Practitioner)
Job Description
In this role you will be part of a multi-Disciplinary Culture & People Development (CPD) team within a recognised SA Top Employer. You will contribute to integrated people operations and talent management support that enable data-informed decision and strengthen organisational capability.
To Partner with the business in implementing CPD Practices and support the CPD team embedding effective, data-driven people processes that enable attraction, development, and retention.
Responsibilities- Provide, Inform, and Interpret People Analytics
- Implementation of the Talent Acquisition process by shaping our hiring practices.
- Coordinate the Performance Review and Talent Planning Cycle (timelines, reminders, tracking)
- Job Competency Profile Management
- Administration of Monthly HR Stats and Reporting
- SHEQ Requirements
- Honours Degree in Human Resources or Commerce (i.e. Bcom Industrial Psychology)
- HPCSA registration required
- 2-3 years CPD and business experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment preferable
- Exposure to psychometric Assessments
- Experience in people analytics preferred
- Advanced MS Office
- Valid driver's license
