In this role you will be part of a multi-Disciplinary Culture & People Development (CPD) team within a recognised SA Top Employer. You will contribute to integrated people operations and talent management support that enable data-informed decision and strengthen organisational capability.

To Partner with the business in implementing CPD Practices and support the CPD team embedding effective, data-driven people processes that enable attraction, development, and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Provide, Inform, and Interpret People Analytics
  • Implementation of the Talent Acquisition process by shaping our hiring practices.
  • Coordinate the Performance Review and Talent Planning Cycle (timelines, reminders, tracking)
  • Job Competency Profile Management
  • Administration of Monthly HR Stats and Reporting
  • SHEQ Requirements
Skills, Experience & Education
  • Honours Degree in Human Resources or Commerce (i.e. Bcom Industrial Psychology)
  • HPCSA registration required
  • 2-3 years CPD and business experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment preferable
  • Exposure to psychometric Assessments
  • Experience in people analytics preferred
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Valid driver's license
