Job Description
- Listen to customer concerns and service requests.
- Check the vehicle with the customer.
- Identify visible problems or maintenance needs.
- Record customer complaints and vehicle details.
- Create accurate repair/service orders.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and costs.
- Provide service recommendations.
- Prepare quotations for labour and parts.
- Get customer approval before work begins.
- Communicate customer concerns to workshop technicians.
- Inform customers about repair status or delays.
- Explain completed work and charges.
- Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintain service records and invoices.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups.
- Recommend additional maintenance or service packages.
