You are
  • Discreet and organized, ensuring welcoming and impeccable spaces for guests
  • Attentive, delivering personalized service to create a unique guest experience
  • Meticulous, with a strong eye for detail highlighting service excellence
  • Responsible and agile, able to lead a multicultural team efficiently
  • Comfortable using digital tools (such as 1Check or PMS systems)
You will
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing cleanliness and presentation of rooms and public areas (250 to 400 rooms)
  • Report any malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance department for prompt action
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout their stay
  • Supervise and train a team of 50 to 80 employees while organizing daily work activities
  • Lead daily briefings and debriefings to ensure clear communication and coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify supply requirements and prepare orders as needed
  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
  • Ensure compliance with Club Med quality standards and service excellence expectations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Resort departments to maintain operational efficiency
  • Ensure respect for hygiene, safety and quality standards throughout the department
