Full Job Description The Role

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years post admission experience. This role is designed for a legal professional with sound knowledge in Contract Law with construction law being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex construction and commercial contracts.
  • Providing strategic legal counsel on contractual disputes and risk mitigation.
  • Managing end-to-end legal projects while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborating with junior staff and partners to deliver seamless client service.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) with a firm work history.
  • Specialization: Contract Law is essential.
  • Specialized experience in Construction Law (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC) will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to go the extra mile.
  • Ethical, hard working and loyal individual.
