Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Luxury Hotel Cape Winelands

Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the housekeeping team in a luxury hotel environment.

You will assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring team efficiency and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across the property.

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff
• Assist with scheduling and workforce planning
• Conduct room and public area inspections
• Monitor stock levels and control costs
• Support training and development of housekeeping staff
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with inventory and cost control
• Ability to work under pressure
