The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and client support services. The ideal candidate is organised, tech savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanour.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
  • Manage daily office operations, filing systems, digital records, and documentation.
  • Draft, edit, and format reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for managers and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Operational Coordination
  • Assist with workflow management, task tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients or team members.
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and coordinate with vendors where required.
Client Service
  • Provide professional client facing support, ensuring queries and tasks are managed promptly.
  • Assist with preparation of client documents, templates, and administrative packs.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery in line with company standards.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
  • Assist with reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks (training provided if needed).
Systems & Technology
  • Capture, update, and maintain information in CRM systems and other admin platforms.
  • Use Microsoft 365 applications effectively (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Assist with process improvements and digital filing enhancements.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Professional, friendly, and service oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) required.
  • A relevant administrative or business related qualification is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years' minimum administrative experience (office, operations, or customer service).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Own transport or reliable commute to Centurion.
