Administrative Assistant - Tour Operator
Job Description
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about travel? We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our senior travel consultants in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and WETU
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to travel consultants
- Assist with booking flights, accommodation, and travel packages
- Prepare and organize client itineraries and travel documents
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
- Process invoices, payments, and confirmations
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners
- Track supplier responses and escalate issues to the Senior Consultant when necessary
- Manage schedules, appointments, and general office coordination
- Handle follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after travel
