Job Description

You will be based within the central admin division, and be required to support the Business units within the company.

Key Results Areas
  • Manual Contracts (Jotform): Audit and capture manual contracts submitted by clubs via (QContact). Where necessary, cancel existing public contracts and capture new partner contracts on (QContact) when required or any contract change based on the business rules and/or approval.
  • DBA: Action any request to make changes on the membership (QContact) when need arises.
  • Invalid contracts: Audit and cancel all invalid contracts from the club (QContact) if and when need arises.
  • Unapplied Credit: All payments not allocated to charges, Void and receipt properly if and when need arises.
  • Auditing all billing reports: Check all our Billing reports 3 days before the debit order submission date;
  • Call Centre Escalation: Action All (Upgrades, Downgrades, Freezing and Transfers on CRM);
  • Escalations from Finance, Business Enablement, Call Centre, Club Manager, Sales Managers and HOD/MOD
  • Call Centre Request Action All (All Cancellations, Change of Debit Order date and action all other request from the call Centre (CRM);
  • Remotely Assist all clubs with Sales and reception queries via the CRM system QContact;
  • Report any concerns to National Business Administration Manager and National Business Administration Auditor
