A fast-growing, cutting-edge IT and media technology company operating within high-performance technical environments is seeking a proactive, highly organised Admin & Office Coordinator to serve as the backbone of their daily operations.
This is not a passive administrative role, this role requires a professional who takes true ownership, anticipates the needs of the leadership team, and ensures our business runs smoothly without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities:- Answerand professionally screen incoming calls, take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain our high standard of client service.
- Act as the first point of contact for basic sales enquiries and efficiently route technical requests to the appropriate departments.
- Provide high-level support to management, including complex diary management, scheduling, and ensuring structured follow-ups on action items.
- Draft, format, and dispatch polished email communications on behalf of the company and leadership.
- Oversee the rigorous tracking of equipment, stock, and allocations to ensure total accountability across our technical assets.
- Manage general office administration using digital systems only; maintain a high level of organization within our digital documentation and filing structures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, assist with documentation, and provide logistical support for internal initiatives and team events.
- Excellentspoken and written English with a refined, professional email style, clear, structured, and concise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Xero, would be advantageous.
- Highly disciplined and productive when working remotely, comfortable working independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- A professional, confident, and friendly phone manner.
- Exposure to IT, media, broadcast, or technical environments.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint layouts, or simple marketing materials).
- This is a full-time permanent role based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
