Workforce Management Coordinator
Job Description
The Workforce Management (WFM) coordinator is responsible for supporting workforce planning, scheduling and administrative processes that exist within the department. The role ensures optimal staff utilisation and alignment of staffing levels with operational demand in an evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Workforce Scheduling & Planning
- Create, maintain and update staff schedules in line with business demand forecasts and evolving operational requirements
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure appropriate coverage while controlling labour costs
- Process adhoc schedule changes
- System administration
- Maintain and update workforce management systems
- Administer weekly tasks related to scheduling in the workforce management system
- Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate workforce data within WFM systems
- Analyse trends to support operational decision making.
- Assist reporting needs within the department
- Stakeholder support
- Assist operations teams to maintain schedules in line with changing needs
- Provide system support to managers and employees
- Analytical thinking
- Diligent, organized approach to work
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments
- Experience working with Excel/Google Sheet
