Overall purpose of the job: To perform various tasks within the Warehouse.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Picking, packing & checking of stock
  • Processing & Picking spares transfers for workshop repairs
  • Maintaining partial pick spares, allocating spares to a bin, and allocating to relevant Job Cards.
  • Assisting the admin supervisor with various warehouse stockholding reports and physical stock checks.
  • Issuing spares to technicians when parts are fully available.
  • General housekeeping of the workshop
  • Thoroughly cleaning & wrapping outgoing repairs.
  • Assist in completing QC procedures in the workshop.
  • Occasionally assist with deliveries & collections, alternatively running errands.
  • Photograph incoming and outgoing repairs.
Requirements, skills, and attributes:
  • Grade 12/Matric (or equivalent)
  • Warehouse and distribution working experience (highly beneficial).
  • Forklift certification (highly beneficial).
  • Computer literate (Advantage).
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent Mathematical and literacy skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Dependable individual.
