We are appointing Vendor Document Controllers to manage high-volume vendor and project documentation within a controlled engineering environment. The role focuses on document accuracy, register maintenance, workflow compliance, and proactive follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and reporting integrity.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
• Solid numerical and data-handling skills (bookkeeping / creditors / debtors experience beneficial)
• Structured, logical thinker with a disciplined work approach
• Professional and composed in a fast-paced project setting
• High integrity when dealing with confidential commercial documentation
• Service-driven communication style with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to proactively chase outstanding documents and resolve discrepancies
• Mid-level proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook; SharePoint advantageous)
• Experience working with document registers, cost coding, and structured workflows
