About the Transnet Young Professional-in-Training Programme 2026Transnet is offering a structured two-year graduate development programme aimed at equipping young graduates with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience.
This programme is designed to improve employability by providing:
- Structured mentorship
- Regular performance assessments every 6 months
The programme is open to graduates from Universities and Universities of Technology who hold a qualification of NQF Level 6 or higher and have no prior work experience.
