Introduction

Hesto Harnesses is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate to join Training department.

  • Facilities practical training for all departments
  • Set up world class training facilities and new models
  • Coordinate and monitor activities on shop floor
  • Reporting and meetings
  • Consult, design training material and facilitate training
  • Training on new machines and systems
  • Provide effective support to production to improve efficiency, quality and 5's.

Qualifications / Essential

  • Grade 12/NQF 4 (Essential)
  • 3-5 years automotive wire harness (Essential)
  • 3-5 years Setter Operator Experience (Essential)
  • Microsoft Office - intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Essential)

Qualifications / Advantageous

  • Accredited Teaching qualification (Advantageous)
  • 1st and 2nd Grade Instructor Licence (Advantageous)
  • Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices (ODETDP qualification) (Advantageous)
  • Team leader and supervisory skills (Advantageous)

Other background

  • Sound background of special processes such as silicon, grommet, water test, clip test etc.
