The Talent and Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, high quality experience across the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle-from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding and early employment. This role is central to ensuring every candidate and new hire interaction reflects efficiency, engagement, and a premium employer experience.
The roleThe Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. The role also supports strategic initiatives, including the delivery of early career programmes such as internships and graduate schemes, contributing to a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the organisation's employer brand.
What you will need:
Educational qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous but not essential)
Relevant Experience
- 1-3 years in HR, TA, People Ops, or recruitment coordination.
- Preferred: Onboarding, recruitment admin, or employee experience support.
- Advantageous: Internship/graduate programme exposure.
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, or similar systems.
- Basic labour law/HR best practices knowledge.
Skills
- Strong organization, admin, and detail focus.
- Effective communication (verbal/written).
- Ability to manage fast paced, multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HR systems, ATS, and Google Workspace.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
