• Matric certificate (Grade 12).
• National Certificate in Banking (NQF 5) - FAIS recognised qualification.
• 1-2 years' branch banking experience (essential).
• Strong understanding of teller operations, bulk cash handling, and ATM processes.
• Sound knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and legal aspects of cash management.
• Ability to work across different branch departments and provide frontline support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
