MaaS (Marketing as a Service) is how brands advertise across Bash's platforms through Bash Ad Manager (sponsored products and display), Bash Connect (owned channels), and Bash Create (creative production). It's growing fast with serious momentum. The foundation is built. Now we need the person to take it to its next phase.
THE ROLE:As a Social Media Manager within Bash's Marketing as a Service team, you'll take full ownership of social media execution across Bash's owned channels - bringing brand partner campaigns to life on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This role is for a seasoned social media professional who leads with ownership, thinks in outcomes, and uses AI to work smarter. You'll oversee live shopping productions, collaborate with performance marketing, and ensure every brand partner campaign delivers measurable ROI.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own end-to-end social media execution for brand partner campaigns across Bash's channels - from content briefing and production through to publishing and boosting.
- Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns that meet brand partner objectives, from initial concept through to final delivery and performance reporting.
- Create compelling, platform-native content (short form video, reels, stories, static posts) independently and in collaboration with designers and copywriters - ensuring every asset is optimised for its platform and audience.
- Develop and manage content calendars for brand partner activations, aligned to campaign objectives, product launches, and seasonal moments.
- Oversee live shopping productions on TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and Facebook Live - coordinating talent, scripting, product selection, and post event analysis.
- Manage external PR, influencer, and production agencies - briefing, negotiating, and holding partners accountable to quality, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate PR Packages - managing the end to end process of receiving product from brand partners and distributing to influencers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
- Identify, brief, and manage influencers and content creators via Humanz, tracking performance and optimising for engagement and conversions.
- Independently manage post boosting across Meta and TikTok; collaborate with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid strategies for maximum content ROI.
- Manage community engagement across brand partner campaigns, ensuring timely, on brand responses and positive sentiment.
- 3-5 years in social media management, content execution, or digital marketing - ideally within a MaaS, agency, or retail media environment.
- Proven track record managing social media for multiple brands simultaneously with demonstrable ROI.
- Hands on experience overseeing live shopping productions (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live).
- Confident on camera - comfortable presenting, hosting, or appearing in brand content and live shopping productions without hesitation.
- Experience managing external agencies and production partners, including briefing and negotiation.
- Experience coordinating influencer PR gifting and product seeding logistics.
- Solid understanding of post boosting across Meta and TikTok, with the ability to collaborate effectively with performance marketing teams.
- Proficiency with social media management and monitoring tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Data Eye Q, or similar).
- Excellent written communication and creative briefing skills across platforms and brand voices.
- Working knowledge of Humanz for influencer marketing and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable adopting and championing AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness in agency and production relationships.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple brand partner workstreams at pace.
