Redial BPO is seeking high caliber outbound sales professionals.

This position is ideal for experienced call center sales professionals who are confident in cold calling, thrive in fast paced environments, and are motivated by targets and performance.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based organizations
• Identify and engage key decision makers
• Introduce and position education technology solutions
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
• Accurately capture call outcomes and notes in the CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets

• Proven outbound sales experience in a BPO or call center environment (2 - 3 Years)
• Business development experience
• Experience working with high call volumes
• Strong ability to handle cold calling
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Target driven, resilient, and performance focused mindset
• Availability to work US aligned hours if required

• Self motivated, tenacious, and driven by results

• Experience selling to the US market
• Exposure to B2B sales
• Previous experience in appointment setting or lead generation
