What We're Looking For

A leading and fast-growing UK based water utility provider is seeking talent to join their dynamic team.

The role involves outbound calling to generate leads across multiple utility offerings, with a strong focus on SME clients.

What To Expect

As an Outbound B2B Sales Agent, you will join a high-performing, fast-paced team, responsible for driving new business through proactive outbound engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to grow within a thriving and supportive environment.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week. Shifts covering Monday to Friday 10:00am to 19:00pm rotational basis (SA time)

You can expect to:

  • Contact potential clients via telephone to generate leads, nurture the customer and close the deal.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to help drive growth for the company.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to cross sell our services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified cross sell leads for our other services.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Strive to exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and secured customer contracted targets.
  • Ability to switch tasks easily.
About You

  • A minimum of two years' outbound sales experience, with at least one year specifically within a B2B call centre environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The confidence and work ethic to talk with a high volume of business owners every day.
  • The enthusiasm to overcome objections and talk about Everflow with passion and pride.
  • Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.
  • The right attitude to enjoy the test of working towards and delivering on targets.
  • Working to a high standard with good timekeeping.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • The ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • IT Literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
  • Ability to adapt to and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
