Job Description
We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join us at Embassy Gardens.

Hours & ContractHours: 10:00 - 21:00 / Days
Shift Pattern: 4 on - 4 off
Contract: 40 hpw/ 6 Months FTC
Responsibilities- Check residents in to the facility using the booking system.
- Manage the bookings/reservations for the facilities on Level 10.
- Work with the Fitness Team and do hourly changing room checks.
- Assist with the security of residents and the building, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.
- Be responsible for the supply of towels/slippers/robes for the residents if requested via booking process.
- Cooperate with the Fitness Team in making sure the operations on Level 10 run smoothly and effectively.
- Coordinate with Darby's staff regarding available seating options in the Orangery.
- Always answer the phone and assist in addressing queries from residents/guests.
- Answer all residents/guests questions and concerns. Deal with complaints professionally and effectively, where necessary refer to the appropriate person.
- Stock all laundry items and manage the daily collection of dirty/clean laundry.
- Be the first point of contact with residents and meet and greet all residents/guests.
- Ensure you are always visible and available for residents/guests.
- Complete daily end of day cash payments.
- Do hourly walk arounds of the facility to ensure areas are clean, tidy, and safe for residents/guests.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance. Correct uniform must always be worn.
- Ensure the smooth running of the communication systems within Level 10, i.e., telephone, radio, EG Life app and emails.
- Liaise with cleaning staff regarding cleanliness of Level 10 and its amenities.
- Report to the FM any security/health and safety issues.
- Report to the FM any incidents or complaints and keep note of all of them.
- Report all issues to the FM.
- Keep up to date with all SOPs and ensure they are signed and acknowledged.
- Maintain a good appearance in yourself and your workstation.
- Pro actively deal with maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the facility.
- Maintain a safe environment for all people using the facility.
- Report any accidents and record accordingly.
- Always maintain confidentiality concerning residents and business of Ballymore Properties Ltd and Personnel.
- Take appropriate action in the event of an emergency.
- Ensure all relevant correspondence is forwarded without delay to the FM.
- Adhere to the timekeeping of the role so there is no lapse in service.
- Front Facing Customer Service Experience.
