Job Position: Service Advisor (motor industry) Ref: 5185 Location: PE / Gqeberha Salary: R to R per month negotiable commensurate with qualification and experience

The successful candidate will play a key role in customer retention, workshop efficiency, and overall service department performance.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Minimum of Matric
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (essential)
  • Able to manage high customer expectations in a complex service environment
  • Strong administrative and process management skills
  • Excellent customer communication and conflict-handling ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workshop
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to liaise effectively with Technicians
  • Experience with OEM systems and warranty processes (advantageous)
