Service Advisor - JLR Menlyn

Jaguar Landrover Menlyn is looking for a Service Advisor to fulfill all below responsibilities.

• Dealership: JLR Menlyn

• Minimum 3 years as a Senior service Advisor.
• Knowledgeable on Evolve and BSI as basic operating systems.
• Premium Luxury Brands Experience.
• Driver's License required.

• Meet and greet customers.
• Assess customer vehicles and their concerns.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Explain recommended services and repairs.
• Coordinate with workshop - workshop feedback.
• Update customers regularly on the progress of their vehicles.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest standards, and in line with OEM requirements.
