Senior Roofing Estimator - East London

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package

Location: East London

Highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects with multiple specifications valued up to £6 million.

They have a unique working approach with the latest techniques that make them a leading competitor within the industry. The work they carry out are of a high standard due to continuously investing in training and safety standards to ensure projects are carried out on time and to budget.

Due to their growing success they now have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Roofing Estimator to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.

• Knowledge and practice in package tendering & pricing, design meetings with contracts team, post award site visits to monitor installation.
• Analyse plan and assess cost priorities
• Understand and practice in material costing, quotations, variations and final account summaries
• Review, evaluate, prioritise and manage workload

• 5 + years' worth of experience as a Senior Roofing Estimator
• Self motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of all aspects of flat roofing
• Ability to use hot melt systems
