Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Development Manager to join their team based in Tokai, Cape Town. This is a permanent position within the property development and real estate industry, ideal for a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Architecture, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years' experience in property development or real estate project delivery
- Proven track record delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use or infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in development appraisals, feasibility studies, and financial modelling
- In-depth knowledge of planning processes, regulatory approvals, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with construction contracts, procurement strategies, and contract negotiation
- Solid understanding of budget control, cost management, and financial performance monitoring
- Knowledge of property law and construction regulations
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Drive decision-making in high-pressure project environments
